Situated close to the river in a quiet part of Dalyan, yet less than 5 minutes walk from the many shops, restaurant and bars that line the streets of the town, this is a secret hideaway where you can relax and soak up the local atmosphere.

You are guaranteed a warm and frendly welcome from the owners, Mahmut KIYDAN and his brother Onur, who’s family has lived in Dalyan for generations.

And with their two boats, Mahmut and Onur KIYDAN can arrange a selection of trips and cruises from their private jetty alongside the Villas to suit your individual needs. All in all, a perfect holiday destination for you, your friends and your family.
